Zoho INSTALL

Our Zoho integration will help your sales and support teams move any relevant chat data to Zoho with a single click. This will keep your operators updated on previous communication with new and existing clients.

Your agents will also have quick access to the Zoho information in the chat window.

Installation

In order to install this integration, go through the following steps:

  1. Make sure you are logged in to Zoho
  1. In your browser open this url: https://accounts.zoho.com/apiauthtoken/create?SCOPE=ZohoCRM/crmapi or click this link to generate security token

After this in you zoho account in Active Authtokens section you will see the row with generated key

  1. In LiveHelp integration section fill the required fields

  1. Press connect button

After checking you credentials, the information about integration will be saved and you will able to get or save info about contacts in Zoho service.
