Turn the automatic invitation on or off.
If automatic invitation is turned on the visitor will receive a chat invitation automatically after approximatley 20 seconds that they spend on your website.
Agents have the ability to send the invitation to the visitor manually by selecting the visitor they want to engage.
During very busy times of your website's operation a visitor could get the invitation later than 20 seconds. This depends on the availability of the agents at the present time.

Creating an invitation for a popup chat window
Follow the steps below to create your invitation:

Select an invitation image.

You have the option to also upload a customized invitation image that you design.
When uploading an image you can define the placement of the invitation message and define the area where the visitor can click to close the invitation window.
